I sincerely congratulate you on the 360^th city anniversary.

Over the years of its existence, Kupiyansk has passed a complicated period of its development from a small military settlement to a modern district center with developed infrastructure.

On this holiday, I wish you sound health, peace and family welfare, and prosperity.
